Some nieces are not this lucky to have an uncle pose relentlessly for pics as she tries to become a professional photographer

Ashton's 1st time to really play in the snow - I don't believe that me laying her in it for a picture at 5 months old really counts

I took a picture of Mrs Santa because Miss A wants to know if there is a place where she can just talk to Mrs Santa without the big guy - great marketing idea for all those kids who are scared of burly men with white beards

Our 1st movie - IMAX Ocean - by the look on her face - I think you can tell - she was not so sure about the IMAX. We left a quarter of the way in - poor G-Daddy

Whew - let the pictures tell the story! It was a whirlwind crazy Christmas with a trip to Lubbock, lots of snow and ice, and many cousins and family and friends to enjoy. There is no question that each year as Ash grows that Christmas is more and more fun. She sang Christmas songs incessantly as I had bought not 1 but 4 different CD's with classics and religious and more and she memorized them all and is still singing them mid-January. She learned so much about the real meaning of Christmas from reading books at home, family discussions and from her her wonderful school. She changed her list to Santa 1 million times and still tries to add to it. We just couldn't love her more and look forward to many more Christmas' watching and enjoying her.
