Dripping Springs Founders Day Festival

Being a daddy is all about winning your little girl ridiculous stuffed animals

Hee Haw inspired Float

Trophy Wives of Dripping - they were special

Oh my little town of Dripping Springs, how I love you, let me count the ways.... our precious little town has a parade and fair for their founders day. It was adorable and fabulous! Just small enough that Chris didn't get annoyed and could drink beer and just right for Miss A who hates crowds. We were so proud of her. She wanted to ride all the big rides and play all the games and loved all the candy thrown from the parade. She will ride next year on the float for her school but she loved having all of her teachers and the preacher yell her name off of the float this year! Great homemade food from the local churches and wonderfully scary carnies! Just as it should be!

Milking this poor cow

On the Monday after Easter before I left for my boring work trip to San Angelo, Ash & I joined Cortney & Kate at the Austin Children's Museum for their Baby Bloomers morning especially for kiddos age 3 and under. Had to do this activity quick as the girls will both turn 3 in just a few months and this was a good time not to be trampled by the older kids. It was tons of fun and the place is huge so Cortney and I were chasing the little messes all over. We were very proud of how well they listened at story and song time. We followed up this Austin activity with a nice lunch at an Austin favorite Shady Grove where the girls giggled and cuddled!

Miss A Singing Away in the Bathtub

I am horrible, horrible, horrible about never taking videos. However, Ash was in full performance form last night in the bathtub and after every song wanted to hear and see her stellar talent on the camera as you will see her demand at the end of each song. I never want her to lose this precious voice.
Quit growing up Miss A!

(I have no idea why it is so 1960's dark and fuzzy but whatever)
Enjoy!

We are quite talented

Dyeing Eggs

Baking Cookies

Once again, these are out of order. The bottom pics are Good Friday and go up to end on Easter but you get the idea. Wonderful to have Ryan and Tyler down to celebrate Easter! Can't believe Miss A has already celebrated her 3rd Easter!

Putting the basket around your neck is so much more convenient

These pics are exactly backwards so start from the bottom and go up. Ash enjoyed hunting eggs with her class and then eating all the candy at home!
