We had a wonderful Thanksgiving split between Marble Falls and Dallas. I had always heard that the Gaylord Hotel was an amazing experience during the holidays and it did not disappoint. 
Their Shrek ICE exhibit was amazing. We had just watched Shrek Ever After and Ash loved the very very cold ice displays. 
THANK YOU GOD FOR THE RAIN!!! We finally had rain in November and December for the 1st time all year. Our grass is bright green now and the deer and birds and other wildlife seem extremely confused like Spring has Sprung. We are praying for beautiful wildflowers this spring. Come see us!

Miss A's favorite book character is Eloise - Eloise is a precocious 6 year old who lives on the tippy top floor of the Plaza Hotel.
We traveled to Lubbock in November to celebrate GiGi's 80th birthday party. It was so wonderful to have everyone together to celebrate such a special lady on her special day!
