Winter 2014

January and February flew by getting ready for Alexan's birth in March!

 We kicked off the New Year with a party at the LeBlancs! Chris and I were much tamer than last year and still had a great time! I even stayed until 11pm

 We spent many hours shooting Ashton's new gun! Everyone got in on the fun with varmit themed targets and Mimi was a really good shot!

 Ash was awarded "Best Attitude" in her 2nd Grade Class! Pretty proud of our sweetie!

 Had a great time celebrating Ruby's 8th birthday! 

 Watched our buddies compete in a cheer competition in San Antonio

 Cooked amazing venison feasts with Daddy!

 Visited the Zilker Botanical Gardens

 This was the weirdest winter weather year - we had 4 snow days and 6 late starts and yet had ZERO real snow to play in! Lots of cuddles indoors

 Sleepovers mean dressing up your old dog!

 A great deal of time was spent decorating both girls rooms!

 One of our major activities was cutting 8 inches off of Ashton's and Mommy's hair. The cancer diagnosis of my sweet, dear friend Brooke made us realize how important life is and if we can make a small difference by donating our hair for wigs, then it is more than worth it!

 Remember our beautiful long hair - it has been an adjustment but her short hair makes her definitely look like a BIG SISTER!
