Nutty November

As usual November was busy gearing up for the Holidays! Ash kicked off the month dressing up as her Elf Chloe for the Literacy Parade @ school. She's a pretty cute Elf!

Ash was beyond excited to experience her 1st deer hunt. Daddy and Ash braved a crazy cold, rainy day and hunted from a deer blind in Spicewood. I think her smile tells you how happy she was to be old enough to go hunting!

Thanksgiving was wonderful with great food and family!
The men dressed up to look like weirdos for the yearly family picture

After Thanksgiving lunch, the men headed off to the Deer lease. Ash and her grandmas went to the movie Frozen and I headed into Austin for the UT vs Tech game with Cortney, Dave, & Dusty! It was my 1st game at the UT stadium and a great night with my old college buddies - ok so we lost and we sitting in the Longhorn section but otherwise an awesome night!

On Black Friday we loaded up and headed to Boerne for shopping and their Dickens Christmas affair! Such a cute town!

On the Saturday after Thanksgiving, we joined Teresa and her girls for the Chuy's Blue Santa Parade downtown by the Capital. Always a good time!

That night we went to a smaller less weird parade in Johnson City. Ash is really getting the hang of telling Santa what she wants for Christmas - zero fear

This year's Fall field trip was to the State Capitol. It was quite educational and fun!

GG came for a visit

We spent a day with our cousin Caden and Chris took the kiddos to the Austin Zoo
