Birthday trip to Fredericksburg
Chris was such a trooper! Less than a month out of the Hospital and he walked all over D.C. with me! It was his first time to the Capital City and it was so hot! He mastered the Metro and rode it all over! We had a wonderful time exploring and our favorite place was Arlington Memorial Cemetery. He also went to the Zoo (which I have never done), the postal museum and a few other stops while I sat in meetings in Silver Spring. I was proud of how adventurous we was being and embracing new places and people! New lease on life after near death experience.

We took a quick family vacation to Galveston to enjoy the beach and celebrate Nikki with a baby shower
