October 2014

October was a busy exciting month with a mix of Rodeo, Columbus Day Chili Cook-Off, Soccer, Texas Book Festival, Homecoming Football Game and multiple Halloween activities! We loved having so many family members in town to visit throughout the month and Alexan kept up with all of her sister's activities. No set schedule for this little girl - she rolls with the flow! Wherever Ash has to be is where she is happiest. She is very adaptable to our crazy world! The first weekend of the month Tyler came down to watch Ashton play soccer and we drug him to the Dripping Springs Rodeo! You know he loved it! The 2nd weekend we went to the Dripping Springs Homecoming Football game and Alexan spent the game sleeping on our preacher Nancy and Ashton ran around with friends. We also joined the LeBlanc's at Camp Ben where they were glamping out in an RV. The third weekend Kelli and Ella came in town to meet Alexan and we enjoyed the Sweet Berry Farms Pumpkin Patch. and the last weekend Ryan and Laura came in town. While the guys played golf, the girls went into downtown Austin to enjoy the Texas Book Festival and some yummy Z-Tejas food and Blood Marys. To wrap up the month, girls dressed up for their 1st Halloween together as Charlotte's Web. Ashton was a beautiful Spider Lady and Alexan was the cutest little Wilbertte Pig ever! We had a great time trick or treating with the LeBlanc's for the 7th year straight! Throughout the month, Alexan is more interactive and Ashton and she are really building such a sweet and fun relationship. They are actually starting to play together. We love watching these girls grow and learn and thank God for their sweet spirits and minds!
